Finding the right workout routine for toning for your needs is one thing, sticking to it is another task. Doesn’t it always seem like the first few days are easy to finish, but once life starts getting in the way, those workout plans become less and less important. This certainly isn’t, however, helping you reach those workout goals that you’ve set for yourself. When you’re not losing weight as quickly as you might like, you can look at the measurements to see them slowly move downward and that can help keep your motivated. Try measuring:

  • Your waist
  • Your chest or bust
  • Upper arms
  • Hips
  • Upper thigh

Sometimes you might still be losing inches from your workout routine for toning while the scale isn’t changing. This will help you see those changes as they happen so that you don’t get too stuck on the weight moving downward – you will know you’re still shrinking.

If you need inspiration for motivating for your workout routine for toning, you might want to enlist a friend with similar goals. Together you can both workout or you can simply encourage each other on a regular basis. When one person is beginning to wane in their confidence, you will be able pick them up and vice versa.
