Free Strength Training Programs

Welcome to my page on free strength training programs. I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to see an actual weight training program.

This free strength training routine is a sample. It shows everything you need to know about strength training programs in a nice, organized unit.

You will Receive a Free Basic Strength Training Routine When You Fill in the Form Below!

The above is 100% free. And again it is one of many free strength training programs for you to browse through in the Melt the Fat ebook. Even the strength training log that I have these programs printed on can be yours. You’ll get it for free when you fill in the form below.

Why am I giving away these free strength training programs? Well, to be honest I want you to benefit from them. I also want you to know that I am serious about helping you in any way that I can. This site is all about empowering you to become the healthiest you can be. Use all the tools!

I also want you to know that I give great advice away for free. So just imagine the results we can get by working together :)

One of the toughest parts in my early strength training days was ‘how-to-build-a-routine.’ I didn’t know if I was doing it right or wrong. Overtraining or undertraining.

Of course everyone is different. Programs can change as fast as the weather. In fact it is recommended that you change your program every 4-6 weeks. That’s a lot of building programs. Just an FYI, I change your program automatically every single month if you are one of my online training clients!

These free strength training programs should get you started. All you have to do is click here!

    • Hi, Michelle. There is a free program if you click on the link at the very end of the article! And thanks for the kudos! Have a great day :)

  2. Please send me the free strength-training routine. I scrolled through the “free 30 d trial membership” web page but I don’t want to buy the 24$ book to try this out.

    Thanks.
