Fat Loss Cardio Plan

With a fat loss cardio plan, you can completely change your body from the inside out. By burning off calories and increasing your muscle tone, you will begin to change not only the shape of the outside, but also the heart that's beating on the inside. Though you may have visited the idea of a fat loss cardio plan, you might want to stick with it for the health benefits too.

Doctor's Seal of Approval

If you're new to a fat loss cardio plan, you might want to get checked out by your doctor before you begin. Your physician will help you assess your current fitness level as well as help guide you to exercises that might be more appropriate for your age or activity level. They will also measure your blood pressure, your weight, and your heart's health.

After you get their seal of approval to start a fat loss cardio plan, you'll be able to measure just how far you've come once you've stuck with the plan for a while. All of those measurements should start moving downwards.

When You're a Beginner

Just because your doctor has given you the 'all clear' on your health, it doesn't mean that you can simply start a high intensity program. If you haven't worked out for a while, you need to start off slowly in order to avoid injury. You might want to start with just a few minutes of exercise each day and then slowly add more minutes as you become fitter.

When you start off too quickly, you may injure yourself and then stop your program completely. Keep in mind that some activity is better than nothing, so every little bit still counts.

You will also want to monitor your heart rate as you get started with a heart rate monitor if you have one. If not, you can also determine your intensity by gauging how hard your body is working – if you can talk easily and aren't breathless, you're probably not working out hard enough. If you can't talk at all, you're working out too hard.

You want to be able to breathe, but also not to be able to complete sentences if you were to talk – that's the perfect level.

Increasing Your Intensity

As you become more fit, you need to increase your intensity of your fat loss cardio plan. You can do this by adding periods of increased speed during your workout, or you can start carrying weights as you move to help make things tougher.

Constantly challenging your body will help you get the most from your fat loss plan.

With a fat loss cardio plan, you will create a stronger body as well as stronger heart.
